COVID-19 Emergency Licence Programme - Update
The COVID-19 lockdown came into effect swiftly and offered very little time for you to prepare for working at home. To help you during this critical period, Keysoft Solutions relaxed some restrictions on the licencing of our software products to enable our customers to continue working as normally as possible in these unprecedented times.
We’d like to take this opportunity to inform you that as of Monday 22 June 2020 we will stop issuing new emergency licences for users with multi-user subscriptions.
Any existing COVID-19 licences will continue to work for the duration of your three-month licence period but will not be extended when it expires. Should you wish to use your multi-user subscription away from the server then you can borrow a licence for a period set by the administrator. Other options include, upgrading your software under our Legacy licence offer and/or purchasing a new 3 or 12-month subscription to your software.
If you have been using a remote desktop connection to access your work computer, from the 1st of September this function will be removed. If this going to affect you, please contact us immediately to discuss your options.
