Engineers, architects, and land developers use the advanced features in ParkCAD™ to design multiple parking sites in minutes. Without the need of tedious re-calculations and re-drafting – parking space is maximized while remaining compliant to set area dimensions. This Parking layout software makes parking planning easy with real time stall counts, parking object editing, quantity takeoff costing, and powerful reporting abilities.
Let ParkCAD automatically run different combinations of row layouts, rotations, and positions to create the optimal parking space yield based on your parameters. You then simply review the iterations and choose the best one. Save time, effort, and costs.
Take advantage of intelligent integration of reporting functionality. With Quantity Takeoff Reporting, lengths, areas, and quantities for all ParkCAD objects in the design can be determined. These objects can then have pricing assigned for Total Costs and Costs per Stall estimates.
Simple Site Setup
No more time wasted having to pick each individual parking element. Just select groups of parking rows and lots to define parking for a site and use it to calculate percentages of accessibility parking, up-to-the second stall counts, and Quantity Takeoff Reporting. Imagine the time savings.
Parking Exclusion Areas
Design parking space where you need it. Select and edit geometric shapes within or across the lot where parking should not be generated. Exclusion areas can be used for structures (buildings, light standards, additional mid-island shapes) and for iterations of drive aisle and entrance placement.
These powerful editing features reduce the downtime of having to manually update new design changes to the existing parking layout. The Update Lot feature allows existing lots to be resized to meet adjusted boundaries while retaining prior customisation. As well, excess drive aisle space can be distributed evenly between rows.
Easily define and uniquely mark each types of specialised parking stalls (i.e. courtesy parking, police, taxi/bus stands, shopping cart returns etc), with either default or customised symbols. These stalls are reported separately from standard stalls for quick site assessments.
