Written by: Keysoft Solutions

Brief

Working in highways means signing and lining drawings are part of day to day work. We had the software installed but never had the training to use it.

Client Profile

Leicestershire County Council was formed in 1889 and is the council administering certain services in the non-metropolitan county of Leicestershire in England. The council is responsible for a number of local public services such as highways and transport management, public health and strategic planning.

"The training was very good, we all thoroughly enjoyed the day and covered lots of important topics."

Bryony Wilson, Leicestershire County Council

Solution

Receiving training on KeyLINES and KeySIGN has improved processes, as it has made creating lining and signing drawings simple and less daunting. We now have a better understanding of the software and would definitely recommend others to undertake a Keysoft Solutions training course as they are both useful and value for money.

We really enjoyed the training and felt none of the day was wasted learning simple CAD commands, but straight into the software and how to use it.Alan, the trainer was friendly and always answered questions thoroughly, explanations were clear and the guidance to take home was very helpful. The lunch was delicious too. Everyone from my company agreed the training was excellent.
